- We collect your payment upon delivery of your report (unless otherwise arranged).
- Our preferred method for payment is credit card – it makes things easier for you and for us!
- We also accept cash or a cheque on site at the time of the inspection. Direct credit to our bank account is also available (in this circumstance the payment must be cleared before the report is delivered).

Unfortunately unpaid accounts will be sent to debt collection. All debt collection costs plus 2% per month for overdue accounts will be charged to you.
